RATES

Due to the vastly varying nature of aerial videography and data capture and with so many variables to consider it is common practice to offer tailor made quotations for each individual assignment. Although agreed rates may be reached for ongoing works. Standard aerial wedding packages start from £500.00 + VAT which include both day and night flights. These bookings are of course, also refined accordingly given the considerations to be made to location, venue, airspace and the general variables which can affect the quotation including the potential weather conditions and other external shooting conditions and any other associated risk of taking on the job.

Residential Property photography and videography pricing can be refined to suit each client and their needs. Although a base rate platform can be issued upon request.

CANCELLATIONS, POSTPONEMENTS, WEATHER CONDITIONS AND UNFORESEEN VARIABLES

External work and filming for the most part is subject to the elements and therefore is naturally affected by various flying conditions. Scheduled assignments requiring postponement that are caused due to weather conditions (i.e rain, strong winds) will incur no further charges to the client if rescheduling can be carried out within one calendar month of the original scheduled mission date. The original 50% booking fee is is transferred to the agreed rescheduling date. With regards to Aerial Wedding Packages and any weather incurred cancellation, UK Drone Solutions offer as way of a goodwill gesture a 10% refund of the original 50% deposit or a transfer of services to an aerial photoshoot.

Cancelled assignments not caused due to weather or a mutually agreed change ​If a job is cancelled due to other issues and simply not re-scheduled due to the client no longer requiring our services the 50% deposit will be retained and therefore not be refunded. Any additional costs have been incurred will also have to be met by the client.

COPYRIGHT AND DATA USAGE

Unless signed agreements are in place and a purchase to the ownership of any collected data is specifically agreed and contracted, UK Drone Solutions retains the copyright of all filming content. The instructing client purchasing any service of UK Drone Solutions inherits full privilege of use of the material, however will not be able to sell the footage or allow 3rd party companies to use it without the consent of UK Drone Solutions.

UK Drone Solutions reserves the right to use any data, footage and/or stills for promotional purposes. UK Drone Solutions reserve the right to supply the footage to stock libraries at a later date. ​
By way of standard practice, UK Drone Solutions insist all criteria, conditions and instructions are agreed in writing before any vehicle is released to the air.
